TRAINING WITH SOLDIER DAD

LTC Abu Bakar, Commanding Officer of 5 SIR, brought his son Adam to his unit for some hands-on with the Standard Obstacle Course, camo cream and the SAR 21 in the last of this year's PIONEER Kids series.

Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Abu Bakar Bin Abdillah Alkatib was not able to celebrate Children's Day with his son this year. The reason? He was leading his soldiers for the Army Training Evaluation Centre (ATEC) evaluation.

But LTC Abu Bakar, Commanding Officer of 5th battalion, Singapore Infantry Regiment (5 SIR), made it up by bringing Adam to his unit to tackle the Standard Obstacle Course. Catch the action here:
