GET FIT INDOORS WITH MARATHONER SV1 DOREEN NEO

This fitness buff isn't running out of ideas to exercise at home. Singapore Armed Forces Volunteer Corps (SAFVC) Volunteer 1 Doreen Neo used to run thrice a week, including every Sunday with her SAFVC buddies, but has switched up her routine since the Circuit Breaker period kicked in. She shares her tips on keeping fit while staying home.
